2nd INTERNATIONAL HOTEL FORUM AND EXHIBITION
HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY
There is quite a number of tourism related trade shows which aim to demonstrate key routes and tourist appeal of regions of Russia including the most popular resorts of all corners of our planet held annually in our country. The International Hotel forum Hospitality Industry is the congress-exhibition event of high international scale intended to create in the territory of Russia a common information space for targeted audience involved in the hotel branch and hospitality industry in the wide meaning of the phrase.
The largest International Hotel forum Hospitality Industry is the second edition of the Crocus Expo initiative and an annual meeting place for the representatives of the hotel business under the roof of the largest fair grounds of Russia and Eastern Europe Crocus Expo IEC. The launch of the project – the 1st International Hotel forum Hospitality Industry and Specialized exhibition Hotel Business-2007- took place in March 2007.
The overall exposition space comprised about 8 500 sq m. More than 140 companies from 17 regions of Russia and foreign countries (Italy, Kazakhstan, Portugal, Romania and the USA) participated in the exhibition. 30 professional events, 80 speakers who represented 54 companies from 13 regions Russian Federations and 7 foreign states reported at various events within the frames of the Business program.
The universal exhibition and congress project Hospitality Industry will give an opportunity to all players of the hotel business to familiarize with the complex of offers on creation of hotels with a “turn-key” solution, with modern trends of hotels management. Participation in the forum is a unique opportunity to present your company and your products to a distinctly selected targeted audience of industry specialists. They will be well prepared to discuss business in the Russian market and to close a deal on-site. The successful launch of the organizers of the event was widely supported by the branch authorities and state structures. The total exhibit space of the 2nd International Hotel forum Hospitality Industry in March 2008 is expected to grow up to 12 000 sq m.
The exhibiting companies will present all spheres of hotel business: designing, construction, reconstruction and design of hotels, full range of respective services, management in hotel business. The latest tendencies in design of special clothes for the personnel, and also modern trends in hotel marketing will be presented within the frames of the exposition.
The International Hotel forum Hospitality Industry has developed to incorporate more than just an exhibition. The business program of the exhibition provides for holding of the whole complex of business, scientific and practical events, training and coaching courses, presentations and negotiations with participation of the heads of governmental structures, managing companies, experts of hotel business. Representatives of administrations of subjects of the Russian Federation and other supervising bodies, hotel-keepers and owners of Russian and global hotel networks, specialists from consulting, investment and other entities will take part in the business program.
The annual Congress of Representatives of Hotel Business Circles is the principal highlight of the Forum and it is supported both by Russian and foreign participants and key players of the hotel business sector and hospitality industry market.
